Enrollment
Please feel free to enroll your child using our website. To do so, complete the enrollment form below. Then 'click' the button that says 'Health Forms'. Complete the forms, and then upload them to the 'Health Records Request' box. Once complete, 'click' submit. Our office will receive these documents immediately, and you will receive instructions on how to proceed forward. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, call our center directly at 803-661-5033.

Health Records Forms do not have to be completed if your child is enrolled in Virtual School ONLY
